I've just started making espresso drinks. This is a Caramel Machiatto--steamed milk on the bottom, a layer of dark, rich coffee in the middle, and foamed milk on the top. What's really nice about this is that as you drink you get the dark coffee first, followed by the sweetened, flavored steamed milk. Rich, dark start with a sweet creamy finish.
